“They kept in constant contact by phone and email, made sure every detail met the Florida Building Code, and passed all inspections. I had great confidence in their workmanship.”
“Exceptional customer service and outstanding quality on my roofing and window restoration project. I was so pleased that I have already referred several neighbors.”
“My roof was complex, with a high slope and multiple skylights. They answered every technical question and it is still holding up beautifully after a month of heavy Florida rain.”
A high review score is easy to chase and hard to earn honestly. Ours comes from projects where the scope was written down before work started, the crew that showed up was the same crew that gave the estimate, and the city inspector's sign-off matched what the customer was told they were getting.
We do not run review-gating software that filters unhappy customers away from public review sites, and we do not offer discounts in exchange for a review. If a customer has a complaint, we would rather hear it directly so we can fix it.
